We have confirmed that we are an exempted business according to the Work Safe Order, and will continue to maintain vehicles within our facility with limited employees as per the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District’s request. Please use the guidance below for service requests.]
We want to let our clients know that storage operation will continue as normal at The Paddock. Plastic covers will be placed in each storage vehicle on the driver’s seat, steering wheel and driver’s side floor mat before engine start-ups, engine exercising and deliveries. Included services for each storage plan are scheduled and vehicles are continuously monitored through our security systems.
In an effort to work with our community and nation on slowing the spread of COVID-19 and also to help areas most in need of cleaning supplies by reducing our use of products, we will be reducing our office hours to the public.
This should not affect our storage client services, but will mean that 1 hour of notice for pick-ups/drop-offs during normal office hours (9am – 5pm Monday – Friday) and 24 hours notice prior to weekend pick-ups/drop-offs will be especially helpful during this time. Our goal is to avoid unnecessary wait times for our clients should the surrounding gate be closed.
